Hi @rahimvaziri,
Can you look in the developer console before you refresh the page and look for any errors?

Hi @kbat82
Thank you for the response.
This is the message after adding the new slider and just before refreshing the page: http://take.ms/MMTe9
How can I solve this?
Regards.

The interesting matter is that when I add a new slide to current slideshow this happens, but when I create a new slideshow and add this as the slide to that, however I get the message in the console again, it stays in the new slideshow.
Hi @rahimvaziri,
That message is nothing to worry about and doesn’t cause the issue. I don’t understand your second statement though. You created a new slideshow and it worked? Could you just use that one now and delete the old one?
If there is an error, it might show on the network response. Click on the Network tab in the developer tools and look for the admin-ajax response that shows when you add the slide. You might see some HTML and either before or after the HTML might be an error message.
If no error message then it suggests that the database is not saving properly and also not reporting an error.
Hi,
I’m going to mark this as resolved as we didn’t hear back, but please feel free to comment or open a new issue if needed, thanks!
