New subscriber form random error

    Hi guys,

    I have a problem with my new subs form, which is happening randomly ~1 out of 10 times (without doing any update between each try).

    I only get the generic “Oops.. Unexpected error occured.” error.
    I’m using the plugin’s shortcode, not doing anything fancy (it’s at the bottom of the home page).

    Is there any way to get a more specific error message ? Have you ever encountered this issue in the past ?

    Hi Max,

    Please let us know which version of Email Subscribers are you using?

    We are using “Email Subscribers & Newsletters – Version : 4.1.8” on WP 5.2.2

    Hi guys; any news on this ?

    I haven’t been able to find a way to get more verbose errors, or find the source of the problem anywhere.

    I am having the same problem on my site. Sometimes the error comes from mobile, sometimes from desktop, the error has come from different browsers. I am using the latest version of email subscribers: 4.2.3.
