New Tab Click?

Hello, I am really new to html so pardon if this question is too easy or has been asked. I am trying to have it so that when someone clicks on the ad, the website link comes up in a new tab. (Instead of them leaving my wesbite all together)

I am using this template. (I fill in the website and image link)
