    Hello,

    Could you help me. I try to modify the email template template but I have this message:

    There was a problem updating the email template. Please contact the plugin author via support forum.

    I have already tried to delete and download the plugin again but without change.

    Hi @anthony54,

    Apologies for the inconvenience you faced due to this.

    I tried to replicate this issue at our end but I am unable to replicate the same. The changes are getting saved correctly in the existing email template and also, the new template is being created without any issue.

    Can you please let me know which version of the WordPress, WooCommerce and our plugin you are using? If you are using the older versions then please update it to the latest versions and check if the issue still appearing or not.

    And if you are using the latest versions and still this issue is appearing then please drop us an email at support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com. We can discuss more about this issue there and we will try to fix the problem as early as we can.
