• I have purchased new theme that’s WordPress friendly , and I uploaded the child theme and theme itself . I created a staged the website so I don’t loose anything in my original website .
    My question is why when I add : appearance – theme – customise – I choose the theme that I want . Active . I still keep seeing my old theme ? I want to start customizing on the new theme so I need your advice what should I start with and what I am doing wrong

    This may be a cache issue. Try:
    Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches. Not just your browser, but any op cache or content network cache as well such as Cloudflare. That will solve many weird JavaScript issues.
    Flushing Managed host caches. Managed WP hosting often has special caches. If your host has a “Purge Varnish” or “Flush Memcache” tool, try that. You can ask your provider to flush memcache and Varnish for you if necessary.

    they dont have this option they say and asked me to make the WPO cash, which I did but nothing . what should I do?
