New update completely breaks WordPress

The new update you released completely broke my wordpress website. Now when you login to wp-admin, it immediately logs you out and redirects you back to the login page. There is no way to login to wp-admin unless you roll back to your previous database backups before this new update.

Also this plugin constantly breaks with EVERY update. Every few days I have someone email me saying that they made it to page 2 of my form but can’t proceed any further. The only way I can ever fix this is by updating the plugin. It should still work even if there’s been a new update!!!

Please don’t break the plugin whenever you push updates.
