I am sorry, but there is nothing for us to check unless we have some info from your site.
The PHP error log, as well as WooCommerce status page, would help.
Sites do not crash unless there is a conflict of interest. I guess that you either updated ATUM and have some other 3rd party plugin that we do not support (or was not ready for our new version). Please, always check minimum requirements and update any plugins in the staging site before your live store.

We’ve just released a new version (1.5.8.1) that fixes a site crash issue when using old WooCommerce versions.
Please, update ATUM and try again.
And if your issue persists after the update, your PHP error log would help to determine what is happening on your specific case.
