We are sorry to hear that you are facing such an issue. After getting your query we have tested the latest version again in our local environment. Unfortunately, we didn’t face this kind of issue. Can you please update the plugin to the latest version again and disable the preloader from the General Settings? Take a look at the screenshot.
We hope, disabling the preloader will fix the issue.
If it doesn’t help to solve the issue then please share the page link. So that we can review it and give you the exact solution.

Thank you for sharing the page link. It is hard to provide a proper solution without reviewing the page. Can you please check your site by enabling the preloader? If it doesn’t fix the issue then please use the following CSS code in the plugin’s custom CSS field.
