That link doesn’t work for me – you have a security plugin that banned my access attempt.
The most likely cause is that you have another plugin that introduces a JavaScript error on the page. As a result, no other JavaScript (such as that from our plugin) works. To check this, open your browser’s “Developer Tools” (see: https://updraftplus.com/faqs/how-do-i-open-my-browsers-developer-tools/), then reload the page, and see what errors are logged, and send a screenshot (e.g. use https://snag.gy).

Sorry to read that, where are you based (just to see if that is country blocking). Thank you for your reply, after further investigation it was because of WPBAKERY VISUAL COMPOSER.
BUT, both used to worked perfectly fine together. So you might want to have a look into that on your end, as a lot of websites are using this plugin. Anyone who has had, like me, wrapped it into a raw html block, to add more content to the page (for example 2FA FAQs tabs) will not work anymore as it used to.

I was using that plugin on a site, and the recent update at the start of June made a total mess of the entire site. I couldn’t understand it, as we applied the update 6 weeks after it was released, and there were no more recent updates. There was something very wrong with it. Does the problem go away for you if you roll back to an earlier version?
