New user admin notification not working solved

I finally figured it out. The new user notification and respective emails work just fine if a user uses the new user registration screen here:

http://providersmanagement.com/cart/wp-login.php?action=register

But is does not work correctly if the user registers through the woocommerce theme page at:

http://providersmanagement.com/cart/my-account-2/

In this case, the user does get created and the user gets a notification that the user has been created but the administrator never gets an email with the option to approve or deny.
