New users in the user group ‘Registered’ cannot create New Topic / Question even though ‘Can create topic” permission is granted. Admin can create new topic or question.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi @robzz,
We found WP Rocket cache plugin on forum page. You should find a way to exclude forum home page from caching of WP Rocket plugin. Please read this topic: https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/

Thanks It worked.
I have added below url in the WP Rocket=> Advanced Rules=>Never Cache URL(s) list
/forum/(.*)
