We have resolved this on our end. It appeared to be a server issue.

That’s good to hear. Thanks for letting us know.

Hi, my new users are getting an confirmation e-mail when their sign up is approved but the link to change password is omitted at the bottom of the e-mail, ie:
“Someone requested that the password be reset for the following account: http://www.sars.org.uk/ Username: *** If this was a mistake, just ignore this email and nothing will happen. To reset your password, visit the following address:”

    Please can you help?

When a user requests to reset their password, the password is not included in the email. The user should simply click on the link and he/she will be given the opportunity to reset their password. The password reset is handled by WordPress core.

    Hi Josh,

What I meant was that the link is missing to change the password – so it does not appear in the e-mail that is automatically sent to new users – therefore users do not have the opportunity to reset their password.
