• I have just started using LatePoint for the first time and although I found their Knowledge Base a bit lacking, their support team was professional and very quick to answer my questions – even sharing videos of the steps to follow.

    I do think if their documentation is expanded and kept up to date the support team won’t have to deal with so many direct queries though.

    Other than that I love the plugin and all the customisation options (although a bit overwhelming to begin with). The booking system looks very professional and easy to use from a customer’s perspective.

    Side note, I have a pro license and it wasn’t very clear when installing that I had to also activate the pro add-on – especially since it was listed way at the bottom of the page (I felt silly having to contact support to find this out!)
