I could not find the short code for the user that have registered. For New User registration: – Admin, Is there a way to tell which user have just registered?

I noticed that the user shortcodes were missing from the shortcode documentation page on the website. I have now updated the document to reflect that you can use these.
Please take another look and use the shortcodes that you need to output the user details in your notifications.
