Thanks for reaching out.
Contacts will auto-sync if you are using a Sendinblue form. If you are using a third-party form you will need to hit the ‘sync existing contacts’ button.

Came here to look whether syncing from WordPress to Sendinblue is automated, too (beyond just Sendinblue’s sign-up forms). That’s a must, unfortunately, and I’d love to see that added as a feature!
Hi, this feature would be extremely helpful!
I also noticed that it only syncs the standard wordpress fields, but if we edit the plugin code by adding the custom fields the sync works!!!
That is, two new functions could be added without major difficulties.
1. Allowing to schedule a sync CRON based on the last sync.
2. Allowing to manually type the custom field for sync.
Please consider including these functions so that we can create trigger triggers based on custom fields while not worrying about updating the list.

This is a must and it should be implemented as soon as possible, without it, the plugin is useless, since we can add the forms with <iframe> anywhere on the website…
And for those who have custom fields on user registration, one that it is “Subcribe Newsletter ?” and it can have 2 values boolean, please let us chose what meta_key and meta_value to be satisfied before the sync stats.
It is as simple as if (get_user_meta( $id, ‘user_subscribed’, true )).
