New users not prompted to set up 2FA

    Hi,

    I’ve set up the plugin to force new users (who have one of the required admin type roles) to set up 2FA when they first log in.

    This was working however recently (sorry I don’t have an exact date) new users are able to log in without being prompted to set up 2FA.

    The site uses WooCommerce and wondered if that could be causing a conflict?
