ok, I copied via ftp. the previous version from a back-up, into the wp plugin folder. Before I renamed the current 0.7.0 book-a-place folder.
I did also backup the entire database, which was not necessary, but better safe than sorry…
All I had to do, go in the dashboard and activate the plugin book-a-place, which got automatically deactivated after an error during the update process.
Will investigate on a local copy, what went wrong, when I get the time to do so 😉
Hello Marpat,
Thank you for information.
Probably the problem is that you installed the plugin manually some time ago and now you are trying to update it from Plugins section. Because of that there is some permission problem. Please let me know, if you get more details about the error.
Best regards
Found and fixed the problem. It’s more related to ww.wp.xz.cn inner logic. There was some kind of cache. Now everything is fine and you can easily update to 0.7.1, which is absoltutely the same as 0.7.0.
Best regards

Hello ArtkanMedia,
thanks for the quick fix, BUT I still expirience problems updating to 0.7.1
ok, strike that, since I copied the folder via FTP the owner of the folder seems to be wrong, so thats why the update fails…
Has nothing to do with you of course.
OK, thanks again,
marpat
