Hi Boz,
Sure that we can help you to fix it! 🙂
When you say “is no longer possible to access the wp-admin” means that you cannot autenticate into WordPress or you cannot see the “Tracking Code Manager” into Setting means?
This occurs after that you upgrated the plugin to 1.5.1?
In 1.5.1 we updated the plugin that only shown the menu in Settings if you have “admin” permission for your website.
Please describe us the steps to reproduce it (of send us also some screenshots) so we will help you to solve it.
You can also use our support address [email protected] if you need to send us some confidential information.
Thanks, Alex.

After the upgrade i’m no longer able to login as administrator until i manually disable the plugin (Ex: renaming its folder)
Thanks for your support
Fabrizio
Hi Fabrizio,
Looks very strange but no problem 🙂
We have possible solutions:
1. I ask you for a lot of informations (screenshots, versions, etc) and after some days I hope we solve the problem
2. You send me the WP credentials and FTP credentials (using [email protected]) and I will find/solve the problem (less than 1 hour I suppose). If is caused by our plugin we will fix directly into the plugin installed.
Which you prefer? 🙂
We are also WP owner like you so the last things that we want to do is hacking your site.
Solved.
In multisite raise an error in line 100 of index.php
To solve fix with this line (what you have to add in bold)
if(is_multisite() || $tcm->Utils->isAdminUser()) {
We will fix in the next release.
Bye, Alex.
Fixed in 1.5.2 now available
