    Hi,

    The Vcard on our site takes us to 404

    We are experienced with it, it happens when the plugin is not updated

    Yesterday upgraded our site to WordPress version 5.2.1 (released on May 21, 2019)

    Also upgraded the Connections Business Directory to Version 8.43 released
    (which was updated before the latest release of WordPress)

    When can we expect a new version be released?

    There has been no changes regarding vCards in quite some time now because it is a stable feature. The last change was minor in the 8.21 version released 06/11/2018.

    Taking a look at your site it seems there is quite a bit of customization of Connections. It is possible that one of the changes made to Connections is causing the issue. I would suggest reviewing any changes made.

    Another suggestion, make sure the directory home page is set to a valid public page and that page has the [connections] shortcode on it. If those conditions are not met, the permalinks for the vcard will not be valid and WP will show a 404 not found notice.

    ps. I plan on releasing a new version today, but, no changes to vCard support have been made.
