New version did not work

    Hi,

    Installed v. 2.3.0 and now the form isnt working. Backend API connects fine but when try to submit ticket, the loading effect right side of the submit button, starts rolling but it just stays there forever and ticket dont get created?

    Were any other updates/changes made at the same time?

    Hi,

    Nothing special, updated other plugins also.

    It looks like WP Rocket is changing some of the fields. If you try deactivating WP Rocket does that fix the form?

    I think I’ve found the issue. If you update to version 2.3.1 it should fix it. Let me know if you need any more help 🙂
