New version does not work

Thanks for your message and taking the time to inform me about this issue. I looked on your website and I do see the button in red in the bottom left corner, so the button is active! I received a message from 3 other people telling me that the button looked inactive on the settings page. My guess is that you’re experiencing the same problem? I’ve not been able to reproduce this myself. Can you answer a couple of questions so I can start troubleshooting?

• Did you just upgrade from 0.1.3?
• If you set the button again with the settings of your current button and only change the color – does it 1) save your new settings on the admin page now? and 2) does the color of the button change on your website?
• If you deactivate the entire plugin inside the WordPress plugins page and reactivate it. Then set your button again. Does it still say the button is not enabled?

Apologies for the inconvenience. I’m working hard to get to the bottom of this and your answers will be super helpful!

Thanks so much for sharing this, this is super helpful. “WP Super Simple Speed” is definitely causing conflicts.

The “WP Super Simple Speed” plugin was last updated 2 years ago and in the reviews people mention more conflicts with other plugins as well. I’ll investigate this more, but my advice to others would also be to deactivate the “WP Super Simple Speed” plugin when they’re experiencing this issue and look for an alternative.
