New version has a possible bug

I have tried to upgrade the plugin to the latest version but an error regarding my version of PHP occurs.
Took the PHP version from 7.0 to 7.3 but the problem is still there.

Can you please check it out and give us an response.
I`m not the only one with this problem and in a short amount of time there will be dozen of topic on this subject.
