Having the same issue, this is also experienced when duplication a form.
Lets hope this can be resolved as i am unable to do anything with my forms.

This issue usually occurs when you install the new version over the very old version of Form Maker.
Is this your case?

Just kept updating the the Plugin without installing a new version.
To edit the forms I had to convert them. Since that I am unable to edit the forms.
When I click on EDIT it tries to open the form, but then the URL in the Browser changes and the overview appears again…
It changes from:
../admin.php?page=manage_fm&task=edit¤t_id=13
to
../admin.php?page=manage_fm&task=display&nonce_fm=a12aa3456e

Same problem here. I updated plugin after very long time. When I converted form then I cannot modify them. Symptom is same as @felixxxxxx describes.

Well, now the editing is possible again after todays update.
Though, I am using the Plugin allmost 5 Years an now the Fields are limited to 7 for the free version, I am not able to rearange the like 11 Fields I am having.
Sorry, I loved your Plugin but that forces me to find a new one.

For a very long time, our free version was limited to 7 fields. Maybe previously you were a pro user that could create 11 fields.
