What is mean exactly “not loading”? The editor? the front page?
I’m having the same problem (I assume). Basically when I go to edit a page in Elementor the page with the animated E logo shows up but it never gets to the point where I can work on my page.
I should probably also note that my version of WordPress is up to date and I am using OceanWP theme.

can I delete this version and reinstall an older version without losing any data?

On the editor, Press F12 and select the console tab. Paste the messages in Pastebin.
Hi, same issue here. I regularly update everything and after Elementor update, I can’t edit pages in it (same thing happens like other users stated). My theme is StartRight (Child).

Can you please share with us the error messages that appear in your editor (F12 > under the console tab)?

I installed the 1.2.4 version and it works again… 🙂 so I’m happy again…

define( 'SCRIPT_DEBUG', true );
And print here your errors again..
We are need to fix this and need more details..
