New Website New Name Setup

Simple questions. I have changed the title to my podcast, and as such am now going to be using the plugin on the new domain and still hosting with Blubrry.
To be sure I’m doing this correctly, do I need to setup the Blubrry plugin on the new domain the exact same way I did before? I just want to be sure I’m able to link everything properly to my Blubrry hosting account without an issue.

I did read the changing RSS feed for the old podcast website but that is something different, and hopefully I can make it work for Itunes.
