New wordpress users not syncing to mailchimp

    We have the premium plug in.

    Our users register using gravity forms.

    Once they are approved we change them from pending to subscriber.

    The user should then be added to our mailchimp list and map 3-4 fields across. It was working but has stopped in the last 3-6 months.

    Any changes to the users profile should update mailchimp and visa versa. Can you please help as our website guy cannot resolve.

    Are you using gravity forms integration in our plugin or usersync?

    Hi Lap

    I did test the gravity forms integration. The problem is it added all registrations to mailchimp. I only want to add ones that I approve and change to subscriber. Is there a way to do this?

    There is no build in way to do this… if it worked before maybe you are using some custom code for that?
