• I have only been using WordPress for about a month, and have run into a problem accessing the support forum. When a couple of plugins failed, and I wanted to submit information, I was prompted to log in. (I was already logged in to my WP site.) My WP account login information was not accepted. With another issue to resolve (separate post), I selected “Register” this time. Upon registering, a prompt was returned that I was already logged in so why would I want to register.

    Any thoughts?

Your login on your WP.org self-installed site has no correlation to this domain. You had to register here. My guess would be that you did register and it logged you in.

Also please don’t make your titles in all caps. It’s shouting and it’s rude.

The login information for my WordPress blog does not work for accessing the forums or commenting on plugins. I still have to log in under this separate account. That’s OK – I do have access to the forums now.
