Newbie Instructions

The plugin was downloaded but it’s not intuitive on how to use this for embedding the gallery. Photos were uploaded with the add media button to create a gallery and subsequent photo album, but it’s not clear as to how to embed this in a wordpress article. Could someone help with step by step instructions or point to a manual?
