Your ticker is contained within a div that has a set width of 340px, so the ticker will only ever be 340px wide. You’ll need to remove the set width of the containing div to let the ticker auto-size with the browser/site width.
It looks like you also have the text in your ticker set to be white and the containing div has a white background.
Let me know if you still have any issues after adjusting the settings/css for the containing div.
Hi
I’ve seen this, but I cannot see where to change the box width. There is a Ticker width, but this expands the area the text shows, and not the box. I also have tried various things to change the text colour and not found one that works.
Thanks for your help on this … it’s been since I’ve done the last update of plug-ins.

I can’t say exactly where to change that as the div surrounding the ticker is not part of the ticker’s html (my plugin has no control over it). Did your theme or other plugins update around the same time as the ticker?
It looks like the div is set within the content of your banners/sliders. There may be a setting for the slider content you can adjust somewhere in your dashboard that is setting the width and background color of the slider content.
