Newsletter plugin

I’m in the market for a newsletter plugin with the following features:
1) A magazine/newsletter template in which I can upload my company logo and send out three or so “stories”
2) The stories should have a “read more” button that links back to my site.
3) I need to upload addresses using a CVS file BUT because I’m switching over from Joomla I don’t want my subscribers to have to re-subscribe or click any buttons. I want them to just open the email and see the newsletter, as they would have in joomla.
4) People can subscribe on my site.
