I’m afraid it is not clear what you are looking for. I see the embed form on a site that you have shared, below the”BECOME AN” text, and Hustle can also provide the same. Simply go to the Hustle Empbed, and create a new opt-in from there. You can use a shortcode and place it anywhere on your site.
If it is not what you are asking for, as Adam asked, would you please share here an example of such behavior, where a pop-up can be a drop-down link so we could see it.
Is there a screencast you could share with us?
Do you mean to show a subscribe form, inside an accordion?

Sorry for the lack of explanation. I would like the preferences in the pop-up to be a drop down link to make the pop up smaller on the website. For example; The text would read: “Choose your newsletter preference.” And then if people click on that there will be a drop down to all the options we have.
Please advise if this makes sense?

Out of the box, it is not possible to achieve with the Hustle plugin. Perhaps you can combine two plugins. An Accordion/Tab plugin with a Hustle shortcode in it. For example, I’ve tested the Easy Accordion and the Accordion FAQ plugins and both working with Hustle.

To create an embed with Hustle, please go to Hustle > Embed. In the embed’s Display Options make sure to enable Shortcode as shown in this screenshot:
