On top menu, the status panel. There is a tool to test the delivery of email from your blog.

i sent a test massage (blue button) and i had this error :
Last test failed with error “Could not instantiate mail function.”.
Your provider disabled the basic mail function of php. Rarely an hosting provider disable that function.
Open a ticket to your provider and ask to enable it and to grant, if possible, a good email delivery serve. Alternatively signup to one of the email delivery providers available, for example mailjet, sparkpot, mailgun, … and use their SMTP settings (to be set on Newsletter SMTP panel).

you mean mail account for my site ? i have a mail section in my cpanel . you mean another thing ?!
Report the error to your provider, they should address you to a solution.

they close mail function because spamers send spam by mail and i should to use smtp mail but provider will close if i send many mails by host !(they told)

What about to change the provider? It’s not a joke, bigger providers like sitegrounf, hostgator, bluehost let you to send email. You can find some suggested provider in the ww.wp.xz.cn site.
