Newsletter subscription optin module. Parse error

    Im trying to install the Newsletter subscription optin module in my sidebar. Im copying this <? php wpsb_opt_in(); ?> in the file, but Im getting this error:
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/revista1/revistaidealistas.org/html/wp-content/plugins/exec-php/includes/runtime.php(42) : eval()’d code on line 1

    Im using WP 2.5 and have the exec-php plugin instaled and running.
    Any idea?
