Hey! Sorry for the late response.
Usually these issues are related to the cron, or event scheduler.
By default, visitors to your site trigger the batches of email sent. Sometimes this is unreliable.
We have a pretty solid documentation. Here’s the guide you might be looking for:

Hi, sorry too for the late response as I forgot to subscribe to this topic. I’m not sure about that as it was working just fine previously without any settings changes. And when WordPress 4.7 came out & I activated it, this problem suddenly was fixed.
Until today that is, suddenly it happened again. Even worse now the ‘Don’t wait & send right now.’ button doesn’t work anymore, it shows ‘Error Sending Message xx to [email protected] | Bad username / password => Next try in 0 minutes. The Send Process stopped because there are too many errors. We kept all non delivered emails in the queue, so you will be able to resume the send process later. Please verify your mail configuration and make sure you can send a test of this email. If you recently, successfully, sent a lot of emails, those errors may also be due to your server limitations.’.
I can wait after a new WordPress update to see if this problem can be fixed automatically like previously, but of course I can’t rely only on that. Any clue about the root cause?
I changed Settings: Send With from Third Party to Your Own Website & it was solved. Previously I was using Sendgrid as the Third Party & it was working great but guess I have no choice as I still haven’t found the root cause why the above happened.
