    Be advised, as this is a live site, I have had to roll the plugin back to get the buttons to show up. I had to go all the way back to version 8.1.5 to get the “next” button to show up. Please advise.

    Hope you are doing well.

    First of all, I request you to please check for plugin and theme conflicts on your website. The fastest way to rule out conflicts is to deactivate all plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty. If this resolves the issue, you have indeed a conflict. You can then switch back to the theme you are using to check if you can reproduce the issue. If the issue isn’t reproduced when your theme is active, you can enable one plugin at a time to check when the issue reappears. Doing this will narrow down the conflict to a specific plugin or a theme conflict.

    If the issue persists, I request you to please share the quiz link in which you are facing the issue.

    Because in order to troubleshoot the issue we need the quiz link where the issue occured.

    Also I request you to if you are using any cache plugin then please don’t cache the QSM pages.

    It was working in earlier versions for almost a year without issue and we haven’t added any plugins. It’s a live site, so I can’t switch themes and/or disable plugins. If it wasn’t initially working, I wouldn’t have pushed your quiz live.  

    It is working now on an older version (8.1.5), as newer (.6 and above) versions do not display the button. If your recommended action is to remove other plugins, then I’m going to have to replace yours, unfortunately.

    I understand your situation but in order to fix the issue we need the quiz URL.

    Can you please do one thing please share the error log and debug log of your website when such issue occured.

    The error log is pasted below. It does not appear there were any errors when the issue occurred.

    In order to resolve this issue we need the quiz URL that have this issue.

    Can you please replicate this issue on staging website and then share the staging quiz link with us.

    So our technical team can do more debugging regarding this issue.
