Hello,
I’d recommend you to deactivate the plugin on the production website and give me a link to the stagging website, so I can have a look as to why the “next” button doesn’t work.
There is a plugin installed on your website that should track any button clicks and then send a pixel to a website (I don’t know which, maybe Facebook, Instagram or TikTok).
Would you deactivate that plugin and then purge the site caches?
Hi Diane
Removiking tiktok seems to have fixed this issue thankyou so much. But how can I have a tiktok connection while using the multi step checkout?
The TikTok plugin hooks into buttons from different forms in order to track the clicks on it. The same error should affect buttons from other forms, for example Contact Form 7 button or Ninja Forms buttons.
When clicking the button there is a JavaScript error coming from the TikTok plugin, so the button doesn’t do anything further.
For more explanations, please contact the support team of the TikTok plugin.
ok thats great I’ll reach out to them thankyou for helping resolve this.
