    Hi

    I disabled login, registration today and noticed that the next button on the second step didn’t work and visitors left check out page…

    what’s going on? how can i fix this issue?…

    fyi, currently deactivated the plugin becuase i dont want to lose more sales..

    It sounds like a JavaScript error. It could happen because of an incompatibility with another plugin or with the theme.

    The easiest way to find out what is causing the incompatibility is to make a copy of the website and deactivate the other plugins one by one until you find that it works.

    But on the linked website there are plenty of pages that don’t work alright. Open please a product page and you’ll see that the gallery looks distorted with the thumbnails stacked one over the other. (example screenshot)

    By opening the JavaScript Console (Ctrl + Shift + I in the browser) you’ll repeatedly see the “jQuery is not defined” error. The jQuery is normally loaded on all the WordPress websites. The multi-step checkout plugin cannot work without the jQuery library. Probably this is the cause of your issue with the “next” button.
