Hey @shinjaykagawa,
Hope you’re well.
I tested Appointments with a default theme and no other plugin and it works as expected. Also look like it’s working for your other sites normally. So looks like there is a conflict on that site. Can you try plugin/theme conflict tests?
You just need to deactivate all the plugins and leave only Appointments active. Is problem continues? If yes also try to activate default Twenty Seventeen theme, then is problem continues?
If you can solve the problem with deactivation try to activate them one by one until creating the problem again. And when you find the conflicting thing please let me know.
Cheers,
Oguz
Hey Oguz
Thanks for the reply!
I tried using the default word press theme and the buttons worked! So I guess the problem is the Moesia theme. Any idea how I can get the plugin working with the theme? I love the plugin by the way!
Thanks for the hard work
Hey @shinjaykagawa,
Hope you’re well.
That features works with Javascript so looks like theme Javascript and plugin Javascript conflicting in some way. I quickly check the javascript files at your website but I couldn’t see any possible conflict.
So can you ask theme developer about is there any Javascript code that trying to affect Appointments buttons accidentally?
If you can’t get the support from theme developer, you should hire a developer to make some debugging and found the whats conflicting.
Cheers,
Oguz
Hi
Thanks for the reply Oguz. I managed to resolve the issue by using a plugin called ‘Multiple Themes’. This allowed me to change the theme on just that single page to one of the default word press themes using a query and keyword in the URL.
Hope that helps anyone else that is having the issue in the future. I will mark it as resolved now.
Thanks for the help and good support Oguz.
