    Hi guys,

    We’ve been using your ticketing system for a number of years and have had few issues.

    I’ve gone to go looking through old tickets submitted, however each time i go to click the “next page” button or the actual page number, it brings back a “Sorry No record found…!” error.

    We have over 200 tickets.

    I’ve tried different browsers, different user accounts, deactivated and reactivated the plug in and still the same issue appears.

    The plug in URL is our site with,

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=ticket&jstlay=tickets&pagenum=(specific page number)

    I’d appreciate it if you could assist, any further you need, please let me know 🙂

    Hi,

    Most probably Default page issue.
    Admin > Help Desk > Configurations > Default page: select page which have Help Desk shortcode
