    You can use [wp-dt-weekday-name days="+1"].

    PS: If you wish to show the next working day of week only, you can use the custom item with the date format and next attributes:

    [wp-dt-custom format="l" next="mon, tue, wed, thu, fri"]

    (the letter in format is lowercase L)
