NextCellent Gallery Search Error

I think this may be a third party issue but the NextCellent Gallery Search plugin gives the error message below despite nextcellent being installed OK and the gallery search working fine.
Maybe it is because of using the latest beta version?
Only minor irritation because of error message using screen space.

Please download it here automatically or manually from the WordPress repository.
