    Hello
    I have changed sort image order on my gallery, they look saved on the NextGEN “manage gallery” page but when I try to save and publish the plugin looked blocked, it doesn’t save, doesn’t come back to the dashboard (“modify page”), looks blocked.
    Also, when opening the dashboard “modify the page” the gallery icon doesn’t appear in the “visual” mode (just read lines appear), but if you select the area the html text appears, when selected… I have just updated Nextgen plugin, the theme (Bridge from Qode- Evato) and Woocommerce.

    Hi, @radure!

    I’d be happy to help. Could you provide a screenshot of the display that looks ‘blocked’? I’m wondering if there may be a plugin conflict going on here. Temporarily deactivate all plugins, then reactivate NextGEN Gallery only. Does the error still appear? If so, temporarily switch to a WordPress theme (this deactivation is only intended to quickly check to see if the error goes away or is still present). If by deactivating the other plugins, the error does go away, reactivate each of the other plugins one at a time to locate the culprit. Keep me posted on your results. 🙂

    I got an answer from the help service of the theme I bought, they logged in my website dashboard and saw that the conflict regards another plugin, Visual Bakery Composer.
