Nextgen Galleries Missing Images

    I have 48 nextgen galleries on website https://www.seisc.co.uk/ all of the images seem to have disappeared< I used Juicebox to format displays which uses the nextgen ID to load images. Files do not seem to be in library anymore?

    Hi, I am glad to help,

    Please first try to reinstalling nextgen gallery and see if that helps.

    You can try also by reinstalling the previous version you had and see if the images appear again. You can get it from here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/nextgen-gallery/advanced/ under previous versions at the bottom of the page

    Do i need to remove nextgen before reinstalling

    I have tried version 1.4 & 1.3 but both still not showing images also Juicebox shows no ID’s.
    I can load new images into Galleries and also add new ID to Juicebox

    Information on gallery images still exists just no photo this reappears if import images again. Images reappear when new images imported would need to exclude new image files to stop duplication but keep information i inputed in alt fields.

    Hi @kv1953,

    NextGen doesn’t come with Juicebox so my guess that’s some confusion here as in addition, I couldn’t see any traces of NextGen Gallery plugin being installed on your site and the page that you have mentioned doesn’t contain any NGG galleries either.
