NextGen Gallery doesn't work?

    Hi,

    I have installed the latest NextGen plugin and created a gallery.

    When visiting the page, the thumbnails show, but if I click an image, the page is ghosted with the words ‘loading’ and no image is displayed.

    If I click to view as slide show, I just get a spinning AJAX icon and nothing loads.

    If I put the site into ‘Flash’ mode , I just get a black box and no images load?

    I am running under windows before anyone suggests CHMOD on anything!

    Any ideas why the images don’t load or the slide show work?

    I ran the plugin checker and it passed all the tests, it just refuses to work?
