NextGen gallery [Not a valid template]

Hi!

Our site launched yesterday but all of our NextGen gallery pages are showing [Not a valid template]. Please help! Urgent!! Thank you, thank you! NextGen plugin is updated.

I contacted our host support and this was their reply:

I am afraid I was unable to resolve the issue.

I tried the solutions listed in these 3 posts about the same issue:

but to no avail.

I suggest you contact NextGen directly, as they should be able to troubleshoot the issue.
