    Hello,

I have updated to the latest version of NextGen Gallery plugin, 3.28.

Whenever I try to add or edit a post I receive this error message: TypeError thrown

usort(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, null given

I have tested all the plugins. When NextGen is deactivated, the message disappears.

Please advise on how to resolve.

    Thanks.

    Hi @feliperaptor,

Could you please let us know what editor and PHP version you use for your site? We have heard of another similar case happening while JetPack was active but we couldn’t replicate it so far.

I am wondering if adding the following constant by FTP to your site’s wp-config.php file ( somewhere above the /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line ) will change anything:

    define("NGG_DISABLE_SHORTCODE_MANAGER", TRUE);

    Hello,

Thanks for the reply. I am using classic editor and PHP 8.0.

I tried to imput that line of code in the FTP, but it gave me this error message:

    TypeError thrown
usort(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, null given.

    Please advise how to resolve.

    Thanks.

Could you please let us know if you have installed JetPack as a must use plugin?

    Hello,

Yes. WE are using Jetpack. We deactivated Jetpack, but the error message still appeared.

    Please advise.

    Thanks.
