NextGen Gallery plugin failed, Cannot Reinstall

    My customer reported that the ngg galleries on his site have stopped working. Last change to the site was over a month ago but today the plugin has failed and disappeared from my plugin lists. I have tried to reinstall the plugin but it fails with an error stating that the direct already exists.

    the site is massive with ngg galleries and at the moment is useless. Please help.

    Hi @richardmilburn,

    Thanks for reaching out,

    Could you please deactivate all the other plugin activated and the try installing the NextGEN Gallery plugin that should work for you!

    Once the NGG plugin is installed, you can reactivate the plugin one by one.
