NEXTGEN Gallery Slideshow Images Please Help

Hello:
WP 2.7 and newest version of Nextgen – Downloaded yesterday.

Please help with two issues with the Nextgen Slideshow.

1. The pictures I uploaded were resized before uploading to the exact size of the Slideshow player – 620X412. After uploading the images via NextGen and displayed in Slideshow player, they were reduced to a smaller size and now not filling the player. http://69.89.31.238/~artsemer/
There must be some line of code that needs to be deleted or altered. Please share how to make this resize stop. In options, the image dimensions are set to 1000 X 10000. So, this should not have happened.

2. There are two links that I have no idea how to remove. “Show as Slideshow” and “View with Piclens”. I do not want these links displayed. Please share how to remove.
