    I would like to change my thumbnails so that images in portrait format are also displayed in the thumbnails in portrait format. I have therefore created new thumbnails in my galleries. However, in some galleries the thumbnails are still displayed in landscape format after resize, and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong?

    (After uploading “Rotate images” in the gallery works for the “actual” images, but not for the thumbnails)

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

    Try from Other Options > Miscellaneous > Clear Image Cache

    See if that helps.

    Please keep me posted.

    Clearing Cache doesn’t help. The preview in “manage galleries” shows the image correctly, but when i insert the gallery to a website the images in format “portrait” are still not rotated

    @mic4mac,

    That’s odd. Could you please try completely deleting the image then re-upload it to see if that’ll change anything?

    Hi,

    What if you try creating new thumbs manually?

    I tested my live instances and as soon as I rotate an image, I get a rotated thumbnail. Which means this is specific to your site.

    Also make sure your site has all permissions in place according to our requirements https://www.imagely.com/docs/requirements/
