Nextgen gallery voting single image

    Hi,

    I have been struggling for days. i have found lots of forums explaining certain parts on how to get single image voting to work. but not one simple guide or a guide on the current version im on 2.7.1. I cant find the directory paths described in a few articles as they refer to what seams to be older versions of ngg voting to add the tags and so on.. I am very new to wordpress.

    I have installed both nextgen gallery and ngg Voting 27.1. I would appreciate if someone could just lay down a simple instruction to get the single image voting working.

    NGG v2 doesn’t have an option to insert a single pic (that I can find). How are you showing the single picture, are you using an old shortcode?

    Hi Shauno,

    No i read on another forumn somewhere single pics have to run outside ngg, Maybe have a look at what I am trying to achieve. the website is still in development so there is a lot of fine tuning but anyway.

    what i want is for my images to run in a single file underneath each other and for each image to have a voting option.

    How are you inserting the images into the page? I’m not sure you are using NGG, but instead WP’s default media uploader/inserter?
